Organisations: If you wish to apply for a grant on behalf of an Organisation, please answer the following two questions:-
1.	Will the Organisation's activities for which the grant is required benefit Inhabitants of SW13	Yes No
2.	Is your application for Core Funding or towards a one-off project for the year?	Core Funding One Off Project

3.	Do you (or the Individual) live within the SW13 postal district?	Yes No
4.	Is the application for a Grant relating to Education?	Yes No
